故障描述： 在CentOS上，使用ftp命令连接ftp服务端时，测试下载文件时，提示：550 Failed to open file. 而且在ftp服务端测试，也是提示：550 Failed to open file.

2019年9月16日 — 在使用FTP匿名服务时，使用PUT命令上传文件没问题，但是使用get命令出现550 Failed to open file，原因是，下载的文件没有权限.

2022年10月11日 — 假设umask为022，则对于一个文件夹的话，它的默认属性为777-022=755,这也就是我们平时建立文件夹的权限。而对于一般的文件的话，则是用666-022=644.
